今度で3回めになります。新装されて、面影が一新されたもののサービス
等はこれまで以上で、本当に楽しく過ごせました。今回初めて家族で訪れ
ましたが、子供達も上高地の素晴らしさ、そして西糸屋さんの居心地の良
さを体験してくれたものと思います。また家族で訪れます。

山荘なので、お料理は大したことはないと思っていましたが、そんなこと
はなく、岩魚山菜と地元の産物でとてもおいしく大満足でした。お風呂か
らは山々も眺められ、ゆったりと大きく疲れがいやされました。
従業員の教育も行き届いており、気持ちよかったです。

料理は大満足でした。全館清潔で、さわやかな上高地の涼気が屋内にも満
ちている心地でした。従業員の皆様の対応も大変好感が持てます。
昨年の登山情報等も有益でした。

雨具を干してくれたり、夜、子供の靴を下駄箱に取りに行くと、新聞紙を
入れてくれていたり翌日傘をたたんで机のに置いてあったり、とても細や
かな配慮をされているんだなぁと感心しました｡　
また今度ここに泊まりたいと思います｡

We can honestly say that your inn was the best. The room and 
service were number one. Your meals were the best which we
had while we were in Japan, even the nice restaurants in
Takayama and Kyoto could not compare. Please be sure to tell
your chef that he had done an excellent job. The flavors were
so balanced for the entire meal,with nothing overpowering the 
other. We felt that the food in the other places were not as
balanced and some portions of the meal masked the flavors of
the other rather than complement them. Your chef deserves 
special thanks from us.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful. 
On some nights we used the ofuro, twice. We really enjoyed
the Japanesebaths. We are telling all of our friends about
 your inn!
